The Hexagons & Thread Story
Hexagons and Thread grew from my passion for sewing, crocheting and patchwork. Everything can be said in stitches, from ‘I love you’ to ‘You’re a wonderful friend’, through colour, style and carefully chosen images on material. Helping you perfect the quilt you’re creating for that special person, or making a unique quilt that I know people will enjoy is immensely satisfying. I’m a perfectionist and I love what I do. No two quilts are the same, but every quilt I sew is done with the same careful stitching and attention to detail.

I’ve sewed all my life using needles, sewing and embroidary machines, and the industry sized longarm sewing machine that enables Hexagons and Thread to do large quilts. While indulging other interests such as being a qualified chef and running my own bistro I always found time to sew. Now I get creative with crochet, crafts, and colourful quilts.
